A few things to share with you …
First, I want to thank you for being on this full Deeper Stream journey with me, and all of us. I’ve learned a TON about what works beautifully to grow our community and also what what needs a tweak or course-correction.
I’m incredibly grateful for ALL of it, the joys and growing pains, because when I practice being less blended with Parts and more Self-led, curiosity naturally takes over, my heart opens wide for others… and I can truly embrace my own Parts. Unexpected discoveries and creative solutions simply … show up.
All to say, changes are afoot in DS programs, like reduced homeplay, smaller workshops, more connection. Brief teaching videos to support you. My Type 7 parts are happy – and my vision is to make this amount of re-working and creating on my end… fun!
Here’s a bit of what’s coming up this Fall on the way to the retreat:
💦 The Body Conversation (Sept 12 – Oct 10) — A one-month introductory program that opens the door for new women to gain a significant Deeper Stream foundation while focusing on the body as a lens for powerful healing, Teaching videos and 3 Workshops: Sept 12, Sept 26, and Oct 10.
Share with friends! And yes, you will get a link to pass this on.
💦. Body Stories (October 25 – March 13) — A new advanced program that deepens ‘The Body Conversation.’ Bringing compassion to the relationship with your body and body image, getting to know body-related parts (IFS) and advanced Parts Mapping, releasing fears about aging, finding relief for body pain and dis-ease, unravelling addictive behaviors that tamper with body confidence, discovering what your body-related parts really need to feel embraced by you, growing Self -energy throughout your body … the Body-focused list of possibilities goes on!
Dates for your calendar: Oct 25 – Nov 14 – Dec 5 – Jan 9 – Jan 30 – Feb 20 – Mar 13
Workshop Time: 11:30am – 2:30pm Eastern.
💦 Springs! – A Deeper Stream Retreat, March 29 – April 4, 2027. (I don’t dare run out of water-themed names, lol!) … At Cascade this year we needed a bit more workshop time. In 2027, we’ll have one more day in the schedule which will spread workshop hours evenly and give more room for integration and relishing the outdoors!
I’m waiting on the download for the theme of this retreat, and because you do know how I roll, it will come in its own timing. Mostly I’m anticipating what’s called for from the whole group. A practice I cherish is to bring women in the community into meditation with me (with your energetic permission, of course), asking and listening for the inspiration.
YOU are eligible for these programs. More info coming soon!
NEW women who join The Body Conversation (plus one additional short or longer program) can apply for the Retreat.
So … Save that seat!
And if your plans change, you have until September 15 to let us know. Simply email my assistant, Iris Poole, by 9/15 and you can transfer your deposit to another Deeper Stream program: iris@poolebizsolutions.com

Elaine is committed to the deeper dive, to receiving what Life is teaching us through the difficult, exhilarating, painful, and most beautiful moments of our lives.
As a dynamic group facilitator and speaker for 30 years, Elaine leads online programs & in-person retreats in the Deeper Stream Community. She creates a safe, interactive learning environment where women support each other to become more real, more loving and more at home in their own skin.
Elaine holds a multidisciplinary graduate degree focused on experiential learning, post-traumatic growth, and social transformation. Her current work integrates trauma healing, mindfulness, depth psychology, human development, neuroscience, indigenous wisdom traditions, spirituality, and the expressive arts. Elaine’s approach has been shaped not only by years of study and facilitation, but by her ongoing journey with profound loss, the most significant being her 16-year-old son, Rand, in 2004.
MindPeace Miracles, the educational nonprofit Elaine founded in 2018, is currently producing a 3-part documentary, River of Consciousness, an international series committed to bringing more hope, healing and compassion into our polarized world. She is an award-winning artist and the author of Beyond the Why of Loss – a book that combines her personal healing journey with a bold method for thriving after the hard hits of life. As a dynamic group facilitator and speaker for over 25 years, Elaine leads online programs, workshops and retreats. She also works with private clients. Elaine holds a graduate degree with specializations in Transformative Learning and Integrative Health. She wrote her thesis, ‘Fostering Resilience: Conscious Engagement with Life As It Is’ as academic groundwork for The MindPeace Method®, a proprietary program for healing after traumatic loss.
Shortly after Elaine tragically lost her teenage son Rand by suicide in 2004, she met Iris Bolton, author of My Son, My Son and a key leader in suicide prevention and aftercare for over 40 years. They became close friends and co-presented at national conferences. In 2016 Iris invited Elaine to create an online companion course to her latest book, Voices of Healing and Hope.
This online interactive course, Pathway to Peace of Mind, is available for women who have lost a child or partner by suicide. Also, in response to the US opioid crisis, Pathway to Peace of Mind: Healing Tools for Mothers After Loss by Overdose is available. Additional online courses and in-person retreats are offered.
Elaine founded a nonprofit, MindPeace Miracles, to provide tool-based experiential programs for those in need of financial assistance. The mission is to support women and their families facing significant loss, to go beyond surviving to thriving, by developing clarity, meaning, purpose, joy and gratitude for life once again.
She has been a certified Trainer for the More To Life Program for over 20 years, leading dynamic workshops and retreats internationally. Elaine is also a licensee of More To Life tools which form a core of The MindPeace Method®. Further, this method draws from the fields of leadership development, mindfulness, transpersonal psychology, mind/body medicine, neuroscience, energy psychology, indigenous healing, spirituality, and a broad range of the arts.
Originally educated in Art and Design, Elaine opened a women’s wear manufacturing company in Manhattan in the late 1970’s, selling to major department stores and boutiques across the country. As an award-winning artist, she was also commissioned to create large-scale sculptures for public and corporate spaces. It was the sudden loss of her mother in 1983 that led Elaine to begin asking the deeper questions about life, and eventually to focus on the fundamental human need for healing and growth.
Elaine is committed to the deeper dive, to receiving what Life is teaching us through the difficult, exhilarating, painful, and most beautiful moments of our lives. She creates a safe, interactive learning environment filled with compassion and encouragement. In community with other women, participants gain a toolbox of bold insights and practices to become more real, more loving and more at peace in their own skin.
She has been married to Tom, the love of her life, for 31 years and they have a son in college. She is a confessed bookaholic, loves taking long walks and can hardly wait for the next travel adventure.
